The members of the team met in 2005, when we started developing software projects for the Intel Corporation. We have been working as a well-formed and highly efficient team ever since.

Open minded experienced developer. Master of compromise and cutting riposte if there is no place for compromise. Firm follower of refactoring and lightwave approach to all processes. Opponent of bureaucracy and meetings without the clear aim. Jacek is preparing himself to cross the Great Bear Lake in the canoe.

All SPARTEZ partners, regardless of the project they are responsible for at a given moment, actively participate in the activities of others. This means in practice that our customers are always serviced at the best possible quality level and that there is always somebody at SPARTEZ who will be able to serve them efficiently, even if the person directly assigned to them is unavailable for some reason (e.g. due to illness).
