Course description
This two-day course not only teaches the fundamental principles of Scrum, but it also enables its participants to gain hands-on experience how to use Scrum. This course puts theory into action through a variety of exercises. During the course, attendees will learn why such a seemingly simple process such as Scrum can have so profound effects on an organization. Participants gain practical experience by working with Scrum tools and being involved in activities concerning product backlog, sprint backlog, daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meeting, and burndown charts. Upon completion of the course participants leave already knowing how to apply Scrum to all sizes of projects, from a single collocated team to a large, highly distributed team.
Following successful completion of the course and the exam (being now rolled out by Scrum Alliance), each participant will be designated as Certified ScrumMaster.

Henrik is an experienced teacher and speaker, he won "best speaker" awards at two international conferences during the past year.
Although there are currently many ScrumMaster courses offered in North America or Western Europe, there are still very few public courses available in Central and Eastern Europe. We believe that Gdansk with it's central location and convenient access (by air, see, train and car) from many European countries (including Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland and of course Poland) is a great place for such a course.
Besides being an excellent training location, Gdansk as 1000-years old city of Nobel-prize winners and where communism fall began, offers a lot of touristic attractions and is definitely a place worth visiting.
